Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
- All orders are sent to the manufacturer and warehouses for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.
- We ship globally for FREE via DHL express worldwide (delivery time is 5 -12 days after payment)
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details. You can track your order online.
- If there are any special ordering, payment or shipping requirements, you can write to us, we are looking forward to satisfy your requests!

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.marketoo.biz developed and operated by Walleyboo OÜ.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, any customer feedback is valuable to us to improve our products and services. Since there are many different people that can sometimes exploit online purchases, we set some clear rules about returns and exchanges.
Within 7 days of receipt of your online order you may exchange or return in original condition. Products must be unused, unassembled and with all included accessories and documentation. Before shipping product back, you must notify us via email eshop[@]marketoo.biz *. Refunds are issued once product is returned to our production facility and examined & tested for any damage. For products that are returned damaged or with significant signs of improper use we reserve the right to return to the customer only partial refund.

Non-defective Merchandise:
Return shipping and insurance on non-defective merchandise is customer responsibility.

Defective Merchandise:
If you receive a defective product, you must notify us via email eshop[@]marketoo.biz * within 7 days of receipt. We will pick up the equipment and deliver replacement unit at no charge.
